2020 Sunshine Skyway Shoreline Cleanup

Over half a ton of trash was collected by 52 volunteers this past Saturday, October 17th, along the shoreline adjacent to the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. The event was an overwhelming success due to the time and effort provided by our sponsors - 4R World and Keep Pinellas Beautiful, supporters - SaltStrong.com, Walsh Infrastructure Management and Simply Good Foods USA, and our 52 volunteers - including staff from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and members of the Salt Strong community, the Plant High School Fishing Club and Turn the Tides for Tarpon.

The founders of 4R World, Lisa and David Ulgenalp would like to thank everyone that sponsored, supported and participated in the 2020 Sunshine Skyway Shoreline Cleanup and being part of the solution to the problem created by single use plastics and ignorant individuals that fail to properly dispose of their waste.
